Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)
• Innerwear / customized products (if introduced later)

Return Process

1. Email us at info@samorindia.com with your order details
2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available)
3. Once received and verified, refund will be processed

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after inspection
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Exchange

• Currently, exchanges are subject to availability
• You may request size exchange within 7 days
